Cardiac CT/Coronary CT:

Computerized Tomography (CT) is an imaging test that visualises the arteries and heart with cross-sectional images.

CT Angiogram:

imaging test that visualizes the arteries by combining CT with a special dye to produce pictures of the blood vessels.

CAG:

Blood vessels of the heart are visualized by injecting the dye into the respective vessel through a catheter in order to identify the patency of the vessel

PTCA:

Blocked vessels of the heart are dilated using a balloon inserted in the respective vessel and the same in fixed using a stent inserted into the same vessel

Pacemaker device implantation:

small device that’s placed (implanted) in the chest used to prevent the heart from beating slowly.

TAVR / TAVI:

a minimally invasive procedure in which a new valve is inserted without replacing the old, damaged valve.
